Maximum term credit load by programme and academic term. Above the cap, only an approved credit limit exception for that enrolment and course combination allows confirmation.

caps are set per programme and term, and overloads are logged against one student, term, planned course combination and approver.
every number on this page is a value, not WOU policy. The approver role (Registry) is a demonstration assumption.
An approved overload never bypasses prerequisites, the registration window, finance holds or EMGS status.
