How this worksShow
Review routes are configuration assumptions: the School (School Reviewer / Dean) decides course-not-offered appeals; Registry decides credit-limit, exam-clash, tutorial-acknowledgement and conditional-hold requests. Each request moves Draft → Submitted → Under review → Approved, Rejected or Returned; rejecting or returning needs a reason.
Notifications are simulated as activity in the bell menu; nothing is emailed. No bulk decisions are offered — each request is reviewed against its own evidence.
